Empowering Growth: A Journey of Ownership and Collaboration

This semester, I've embraced a growth mindset and applied the COVA model—Choice, Ownership, Voice, and Authentic Learning—to take charge of my work. This approach has empowered me, and I’m excited to showcase my progress in my eportfolio, which will also include reflections on my travels, books, and professional growth.

One key lesson from my program has been the value of collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds. Despite challenges like creating my eportfolio, these experiences have greatly contributed to my growth, teaching me resilience and adaptability.
