This action research explores the impact of implementing a blended learning model with individualized rotation in the lab portion of an Anatomy and Physiology I (API) course in higher education. The focus is on students who score 74 or below on the midterm practical exam, aiming to improve engagement and academic performance through a flexible, personalized approach. The study evaluates changes in student outcomes, tracks engagement metrics, and gathers feedback from both students and faculty to determine the effectiveness of the model in supporting at-risk learners.
