This section showcases the implementation phase of my Innovation Plan, which centers on integrating a blended, individualized rotation model into the Anatomy and Physiology lab course. The goal was to design and launch the foundational modules of the course—starting with the "Start Here" introduction and followed by the first instructional units—within Canvas, our learning management system. This approach prioritizes student engagement, timely feedback, and flexible learning pathways. The presentation below walks through how these elements come together to support student success and reflect thoughtful instructional design rooted in both research and real-world classroom needs.
