Literature Review: Measuring the Impact of Blended Learning on Student Success

This literature review explores the impact of blended learning on student success in higher education. It defines blended learning, examines various instructional models such as the Rotation, Flex, and Enriched Virtual models, and highlights the advantages and challenges of integrating this approach into the classroom. The review also discusses strategies for measuring its effectiveness, including both qualitative and quantitative data, while offering a personal reflection on how these findings shape my own action research project aimed at improving student engagement and performance in anatomy and physiology courses.
